Weekday Programs for Cub Scouts After school programs for Cub Scout and Webelos dens Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation, Stanhope NJ September 17, 2012 - June 14, 2013

Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation offers a variety of 1½ - 2 hour programs to Cub Scout and Webelos dens after school on any mutually agreed upon day and start time during the dates indicated below. Programs are held at Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation in Camp Wheeler’s Kent Center, Camp Somers’ Tuney Lodge or at the Camp Somers parking lot. Turn by turn directions are available. Program Cost

There is a registration fee of $15 per den per class in addition to the per person fee listed above.

• Total fee is registration fee + per person fee
• The registration fee is non refundable, but the program date may be rescheduled
• Minimum charge to conduct a class is registration fee + 4 times the per person fee
• Limited to one den per class
• Optional patches are available for most programs at $3 each

Payment

The group registration fee must be received within 10 days of placing the phone reservation. The per person fee and the fee for optional patches are payable on the day of the program.

Patches

• Samples of custom patches are shown above.  They are available at $3.00 each for designated programs. Pay at the program.
• * Both knots and cooking must be completed to be eligible for the patch.

Compass Class

Each participant needs an orienteering compass with a base plate. Acceptable compasses include: Silva Starter 1‑2-3, Silva Polaris, Four Fold, Polaris Plus, Polaris, Explorer 3, or Map Compass (Map Compass is on sale at class for $6.00 with 2 weeks notice. Speak to Tom at 973-765-9322 x413.

All programs (except historic hike & trail) are held indoors in a heated facility
On site parking is available at the Kent Center
