Maple Syrup Making
and Pancake Eating
Saturdays and Sundays in March and April
at Camp Wheeler

A great activity for Cub Scouts and their families. Boy Scouts are welcome too. Follow the process of making maple syrup from tree tapping and sap gathering to syrup making. Next, we will make pancakes eat them topped with genuine homemade maple syrup. This is a fun, educational and tasty event for all.
Saturdays: March 15, 22, 29 and April 5, 2014. Three 90 minute sessions each day at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm.
Sundays: March 16, 23, 30 and April 6, 2014. Two 90 minute sessions each day at 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm.
Kent Center at Camp Wheeler - Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation, Stanhope NJ. See the directions. Parts of this program are held outdoors. The program is held rain or shine, please dress for the weather.
Registration is $45 per group of up to 15 people. Additional youth or adults are $3 each. Late registrations/Walk-ins are $5 each. Maximum number of people per session is 30. Fees must be paid in advance. Optional patches may be purchased at the event for $2 each. Sorry - no refunds for this program.
All registrations must be made by phone. Call Tom Stoddard at 973-765-9322 x413 to reserve a spot for your group. Follow-up the phone reservation by mailing your payment to Tom Stoddard. Payment must be received at least 14 days prior to your selected date, or your registration will be canceled. This popular program sells out, so reserve early.
