Thursday Evening Family Campfire
All Cub Scouts, Webelos, and families are invited to attend our Thursday evening campfire at Camp Wheeler. We encourage families to come watch their boys perform their den skits and join in songs and cheers. Awards such as who caught the biggest fish, who moved up an ability group, and lastly which den is the best den of the week is given out at the campfire.
- Boys will go home as usual and return to Camp Wheeler at 6:45 with their families
- Campfire ends between 8:00 and 8:30pm
- If canceled due to the weather, the campfire will be held on Friday afternoon at 2:45pm at our campfire ring. Families are still encouraged to attend!!!
Bring flashlights, chairs, or blankets (it's a short walk to the campfire ring) and non-aerosol bug repellent for your comfort. Here are the directions to camp.
