Resident Camp for Girls
August 4-10, 2013

 

Do you have a daughter who wants to experience the fun and excitement of summer camp? Camp COLEY is a co-ed resident camp held at Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation in Stanhope, NJ.  Although many of the campers are girls, boys are welcome too.  Camp operates the week of August 4th through August 10th, 2013.

BoatingCamp COLEY is for all girls and boys entering grades 3 through college freshman in the fall. Sisters, daughters, friends, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts are all welcome. The camp provides a fully supervised day and night program. Age appropriate activities include swimming, boating, first aid, ecology, outdoor skills, all terrain vehicles, hiking, crafts, rock climbing, shooting sports, COPE (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience), sports, games, songs, campfires and a Thursday night dance with a DJ.

HandicraftCampers are divided by grade level and gender, and are supervised by Camp COLEY counselors as they visit the various program areas throughout camp. The Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation summer camp staff runs all of the daytime program areas.

Camp COLEY began as a summer program for Camp Fire Girls in 1976.  It has been held at Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation since 2007.

The fee for the week is $350. It includes lodging, meals, activities, camp t-shirt, patch, site picture, and a pizza party. Early registration, CIT, and other discounts are available.  Visit www.campcoley.com for more details about camp.

Want to see what camp is like?

Come to Camp COLEY fun day on April 27, 2013 at Mt. Allamuchy Scout Reservation. You will meet staff, join in activities, and see how much fun you will have this summer. Fun day runs from 2:00pm until 7:00pm. There is a nominal fee that includes activities and a BBQ dinner. Visit www.campcoley.com for details.
